For the sixth episode of Bijoux et musique, we were given a fantastic eight-room apartment in the center of Basel. Each room has its own style and character. In nine feature film scenes, jewelry, accessories and costumes from the period from 1900 to 1960 are again presented. The film begins in the salon of an elegant Parisian milliner and ends with a glamorous masked ball. Among the designers whose works are shown are Baretti, Butler & Wilson, Carnegie, Chanel, Ciner, Cissy Zoltowska, De Lillo, Dior, Espelt, Fath, Flamand, Fred Spillmann, Gatard, Haskell, Jean Clément, Kuborn-Grothe, Lacroix, Lanvin, maison Gripoix, Rosenstein, Rousselet, Schiaparelli, Schlumberger, and others.
